We are an established family business based near Bridgwater in Somerset, but our custom designed Mercedes van, allows us to travel and offer our services around the country. Our aim is to offer authentic, artisan wood fired pizzas, made using the finest, locally sourced ingredients and toppings.
Our Mozzarella is sourced from the heart of Somerset, a stone’s throw away from Glastonbury Tor. Sourced from Brue Valley Farms, who have the skills and knowledge to produce the finest quality to make a deliciously creamy product.
Only the best San Marzano tomatoes are used to help create our delicious tomato sauce, which originates from a small town near Naples, Italy, and are grown in volcanic soil in the shadows of Mount Vesuvius. Our pizzas are cooked in an Italian wood fired oven, following the Neapolitan mastery of cooking the pizza in a 400 degree heat for about 90 seconds to create our perfect pizzas.
